Booking Terms and Conditions
For all appointments made on line a 20% booking fee will have been paid directly, this will be deducted from your final balance. If you have booked directly through S and V please ensure 20% of your treatment is paid as the booking within 7 working days of your appointment. This is to ensure we are able to generate a prescription (if required) and order your product. If this is not done within 7 working days your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
- No shows will be invoiced the full treatment fee.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to turn up, you will still be charged.

The booking fee is non refundable but we are able to move appointments if more than 72 hours prior to appointment time.
We understand things happen sometimes, so don’t worry if you need to change your appointment within the 72 hours. We will aim to re-book you as soon as possible. Unfortunately running a small business requires dedication and commitment from us and you as clients, an empty slot is an hour of our time wasted and not earning. Please respect the policy.
